The problem was not any single tool. It was that nobody owned the whole picture. We started by listing every digital asset and who controlled it.
From strategy through launch
We rebuilt the website around what parents actually look for, moved staff to school-controlled accounts, consolidated parent communication and set up and documented the lab devices.
The outcome
