THE SHINA BELLO
Let’s Talk

A dignified, secure digital presence for people in public life.

Your name carries weight, and so does everything published under it. I manage the digital side of public life: your website and official profiles, statements and media, the security of your accounts, and the routine that keeps it all moving.

You serve in public.
I’ll keep the channels in order.

  • Official website & verified profiles
  • Statements, press releases & media kits
  • Event coverage, photos & video
  • Account security & a clear approval process
  • Keeping track of what is said about you

Where I fit

One accountable person behind every official channel.

Public figures often have a page run by an aide, another opened by supporters, an old account nobody can get into, and statements drafted in a hurry over WhatsApp. That is how mistakes, impersonation and lost accounts happen.

I bring it under control: one official presence, accounts secured and owned by you, a simple approval process for what goes out, and coverage of your work that is accurate and timely. I work discreetly, alongside your office or media team, and stay on as the person responsible.

Who I work with

Common questions

A few things public figures usually want to know.

Do you post in my name?

Only with your approval. I draft statements, posts and captions in your voice, and nothing goes out until you, or someone you nominate, has signed it off. You remain the author; I make sure it is accurate, on time and properly published.

Our accounts were opened by different people. Can you bring them together?

Yes. I find every account in your name, recover the ones that can be recovered, move ownership to you, report impersonators, and keep a record of who has access to what.

Can you help if an account is hacked or someone impersonates me?

Yes. I work through the platforms’ recovery and reporting processes, secure the account once it is back, and help you tell your audience what happened. Prevention comes first, so two-step sign-in and recovery details are set up early.

Do you work with my existing media team?

Yes. I can lead the digital side, or support your press secretary, media aides or agency with the platforms, security and production. Everyone keeps their role; the channels simply run better.

Is our work kept confidential?

Yes. I will sign a confidentiality agreement before work starts if you need one, and I never publish work done for a public figure without permission.

What are you working on?

Tell me what your organization, practice or brand needs from digital, or the work your team needs help with.
