Schools
A website parents can use on a phone, one official channel for announcements, staff accounts the school controls, and devices that are set up and supported.
You run the shop, the school, the clinic, the NGO or the place of worship. I look after the digital side for you: your website and email, devices and systems, social pages and online reputation, and the support that keeps it all working.
Where I fit
Here is what I usually find when I first sit down with a business or organization: nobody planned the digital footprint; it grew. A website someone built years ago, a Facebook page only one staff member can open, email on a personal account, laptops nobody set up properly. I start by finding out what you have, who controls it and what it should be doing for you.
Then I put it in order and keep it that way: fixing what is broken, closing the gaps, training your staff where it helps, and staying on as the person you call when something needs attention.
Who I work with
A website parents can use on a phone, one official channel for announcements, staff accounts the school controls, and devices that are set up and supported.
A credible presence for donors, partners and members, livestreams and announcements that go out on time, giving and donations online, safe handling of personal data, and tools your staff and volunteers will actually use.
Google and map listings that bring people through the door, social and WhatsApp selling, online payments and stock that stays in step, and reviews that work in your favour.
Appointment booking and reminders, a clear page of services and opening hours, a Google profile patients can find, and patient information kept private, backed up and open only to the staff who need it.
Bookings and enquiries that do not get lost, local search visibility, reminders and follow-ups, and a social presence that shows the quality of your work. For salons, restaurants, logistics, repairs, events and more.
Product listings and online stores, product photo and video direction, distributor and customer communication, and campaigns that move stock.

Common questions
Yes. Most of my work starts with an existing setup. I review what you have, recover access where it has been lost and improve it, and only recommend starting again when that is genuinely the better option.
Both. Most day-to-day work is remote. For device setup, installations and training I can come on site, or arrange trusted support where you are.
Yes. As part of a monthly plan I handle content, posting, replies and a short report on what worked, in your organization’s voice.
Yes. I can recommend, source, set up and support devices and office technology, and brand them for staff, events or gifts through The Shina Bello Shop.
One-off projects are quoted after a short call. Ongoing support is a monthly plan sized to what you need. Either way, you get a written scope before any work starts.
I’d like to hear about it. Tell me what your organization, practice or brand needs from digital, and I’ll tell you plainly how I can help, or who can if it isn’t me.
