What schools ask about SkoolBuy.

Do we need a new website?

No. Your shop runs on its own SkoolBuy address and is styled to match your school. You add a link or a “School shop” button to the website you already have.

Who manages the stock?

On Starter and Standard, the school manages its own stock and SkoolBuy provides the shop and delivery. On Enterprise, SkoolBuy holds the merchandise inventory and handles delivery, and the school earns commission on every sale.

How does delivery work?

At checkout, parents choose pickup at school or SkoolBuy delivery. The school sets its delivery days (for example every weekend, or chosen days), a cut-off time, fees and any no-delivery dates, and regular delivery options can run beside them.

How does virtual try-on work?

On Standard and Enterprise, wearable items such as shirts, sportswear and caps show a “Try it on” button. Parents use their camera or a photo, place the item and save a picture. It all happens on their phone or computer: no photo is uploaded.

Can parents pay online?

Yes. We connect the payment options your school chooses, so parents can pay securely when they order.

What does SkoolBuy cost?

It depends on the tier and the size of your shop. Pricing is shared after a short walkthrough of your school’s needs.
